Story[]
Cardcaptor Sakura is the story centers on Sakura Kinomoto, an elementary school student, ten-year-old fourth grader who discovers that she was born with magical powers. After accidentally breaks the seal of a mysterious book in her family's basement and releases a set of magical Clow Cards into the world. It becomes her responsibility to become a "Cardcaptor" to retrieve the missing cards to prevent catastrophe, or they will wreak havoc on the entire world!

Unfortunately since the wiki was created over 10 years ago, before we made some changes to how wiki creation works, I don't have the original founder information available.
I think it's fair to take http://ccsakura.wikia.com/wiki/User:Jackisthemasterofwater as the 'originator' of the wiki, even if they technically arrived some time after the original creation. They are likely the person who got things properly going."
